Our recommendation is for you to contact us to evaluate the condition of your roof.

What About Hail Damage?

It goes without saying that not every roof sustains significant damage from a single hail storm or high wind incident. Roofing companies in Denver and Colorado Springs know that our homes are vulnerable to accumulative storm damages over time. At times, however, the hail is large and hard enough to damage even a brand new roof.  No roof system is completely hail proof.

Most of the time hail damage to asphalt shingles is not visible from a ground inspection. It requires a trained professional to climb on the roof and perform the inspection from there.  You can enter your contact information below or call our office today to schedule an appointment.  We can have one of our highly trained professionals on your roof within hours. You won’t have to wait to know the status of your roof.

It is helpful to keep in mind that while the evidence of hail damage is immediately visible to our trained inspectors, the results of hail damage are not always immediate. First of all, leaks do not typically occur the day of the storm. Leaks resulting from punctured and or fractured shingles may go undetected but still cause damage. In addition, large hailstones may bruise the asphalt shingles so that the life expectancy of the roof is shortened.

Should I Call My Insurance Company for an Inspection?

Before filing an unwarranted insurance claim that could be denied, your Integrity Roofing and Painting inspector will complete an assessment of your roof. Upon request we can provide you video and photos of your roof’s current condition. We don’t just tell you if your roof is damaged, we can show you the actual damages.

Our HAAG Engineering Certified inspectors can accurately assess wind and hail damage to your roof components and shingles. Accurate, real time information is what is needed to make an educated decision regarding whether or not to file an insurance claim. Of all the roofing companies in Denver and surrounding areas, we take pride in the fact that we are familiar with the standards of insurance carriers and their intricate policies. This is advantageous to you.  We will provide you important data that can assist you in making the best decision for yourself. Many insurance companies even suggest to their insured to have the roof inspected prior to filing a claim to avoid unnecessarily sending their adjusters to undamaged homes.

What if I Have Already Filed an Insurance Claim?

If you have already filed a claim, time is of the essence to have your local Colorado roofer perform an initial inspection and report to you his findings prior to the adjuster meeting. This will help you know what outcome you should expect from the adjuster meeting. While most insurance adjusters are thorough and fair in their assessments, it is almost always beneficial to have your licensed roofing contractor present to perform the roof and property inspection together with your adjuster. This will allow you to be represented by an experienced professional in the industry who is there to serve as an advocate for your interests in making sure damages are not overlooked in the determination of the claim.  It is our pleasure to assist you throughout the Insurance Claims Process, but getting the process started on the right foot will make the experience flow much more smoothly and efficiently.

Contact us today for your complimentary inspection and honest assessment. It’s FREE! You can have peace of mind knowing that your roof survived the storm or that you have the opportunity to work with a local, well established Colorado Springs roofing company that also facilitates roofing in Denver and surrounding areas. We understand all aspects of the roofing and insurance claims processes; we are a company with integrity that is here to serve your best interest.

But I Just Have a Leak…

Maybe your roof hasn’t been through a recent hail storm or high winds, but you are noticing dark spots on your ceiling or water dripping into your house during or after a large snow storm or rain. Not all leaks are directly resulting from storm damage. Leaks can be caused from worn out or improperly installed flashing around skylights, chimneys, vents, windows or valleys. Some vents work inadvertently as intake valves for wind driven moisture.  Ice damming is a fairly common cause of leaks in the winter time. Our trained professionals can assess the source of the leak and address the cause. It could be that all you need is a minor roof repair.

If you are experiencing roof leaks or suspect hail or wind damage to your roof, contact us below or call our office. We look forward to hearing from you today!
